| 10. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Chapter XXXVIII of the Civil Procedure Code, any property of a deceased servicemen which is in the custody of the committee or the paymaster under this Act shall be deemed not to be part of the estate of that servicemen for the purpose of the application for, or grant of, probate of the will, or letters of administration of the estate, of that servicemen. |
