| 13. After the committee has delivered to the paymaster any property or money of a deceased servicemen, the executor or administrator of the estate of that servicemen shall, in respect of any property or money referred to in section 2 which has not been taken charge of or collected by the committee, have the same rights and duties as if this Act had not been passed. |
