Servicemen (Collection And Disposal Of Specified Property) Act (No. 41 of 1957) - Sect 17

Interpretation

17. In this Act, " servicemen " means-
(a) any person who, under the Army Act, is subject to military law, or
(b) any person who, under the Navy Act, is subject to naval law, or
(c) any person subject to the Air Force Act.
