2. Section 3 of the Shop and Office Employees (Regulation of Employment and Remuneration) Act, hereinafter referred to as the " principal Act", is hereby amended, in subsection (3)" of that section, by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (c) of that subsection, of the following new paragraph: -
| " (cc) prescribing the cases and the circumstances in which any employee who has been on leave or holiday on any day in any week shall be deemed, for the purpose of computing over-time, to have worked for the normal period for which he would have worked if he had not been on such leave or holiday;". |
