Shop And Office Employees (Amendment) Act (No. 26 of 1966) - Sect 23

Amendment of section 70 of the principal Act. [ 19, 60 of 1957.]

23. Section 70 of the principal Act is hereby amended by the insertion, immediately after subsection (2) of that section, of the following new subsection :-
" (2A) The preceding provisions of this section shall have effect subject to the provisions of section 42A.".
