Shop And Office Employees (Amendment) Act (No. 26 of 1966) - Sect 6

Amendment of section 9 of the principal Act.[ 6, 60 of 1957.]

6. Section 9 of the principal Act is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (3) of that section and the substitution therefor of the following new subsection : -
" (3) Nothing in subsection (1) or subsection (2) or in the Schedule shall apply to any person employed in or about the business of a shop or office on any day on which the total period during which he is so employed does not exceed five continuous hours.".
