Science And Technology Development Act (No. 11 of 1994) - Sect 21

Establishment of Arthur C. Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies

21. There shall be establish an Institute to be called the Arthur C.Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies (ACCIMT) (in this Part of this Act referred to as the "Clarke Institute "). The Clarke Institute shall be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sue in such name.
