Science And Technology Development Act (No. 11 of 1994) - Sect 26

Power to give directions

26. The Minister may from time to time after consultation with the Board issue to the Board such general or special directions in writing as to the exercise of the powers, and the discharge of the functions of the Board and it shall be the duty of the Board to comply with such directions.
