| 30. A member of the Board who is directly or indirectly interested in an agreement or contract made or proposed to be made by the Board shall, as soon as possible after the relevant circumstances hove come to his knowledge, disclose the nature and extent of such interest to the Board and such member shall not thereafter, take part in and deliberation or decision of the Board with respect to the agreement or contract to which the disclosure relates. |
