Science And Technology Development Act (No. 11 of 1994) - Sect 37

Liability for loss suffered by Corporation

37. No member of the Board or officer of the Corporation shall be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the Corporation unless such damage or loss was caused by his misconduct or willful act.
