Science And Technology Development Act (No. 11 of 1994) - Sect 41

Exemption from certain taxes

41. The Corporation shall be exempt from the payment of-
(a) any customs or excise duty on any goods imported, or purchased out of bond, by the Corporation, if the Minister in consultation with the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance approves of such exemption ;
(b)any stamp duty on any instrument executed by, or on behalf of or in favour of, the Corporation,
