| 25. Where a licensed stock exchange, a licensed stock broker or a: licensed stock dealer as the case may be, proposes to alter any particulars already furnished or undergoes or intends to undergo a change from its state specified in the application for a licence as a stock exchange; stock broker or stock dealer made under section 15, it shall e the duty of such stock exchange, stock broker or stock dealer, as the case may be, to inform the Council and obtain its prior consent before such alteration or change is effected. |
