Street Collections Regulation (Amendment) Act (No. 38 of 1958) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 5 of Chapter 478

2. Section 5 of the Street Collections Regulation Ordinance is hereby amended by the substitution, for the definition of "local authority", of the following definition : "local authority" means any Municipal Council, Urban Council, Town Council or Village Council;
