Southern Development Authority of Sri Lanka Act (No. 18 of 1996) - Sect 14

Authority to make arrangements or contracts for carrying out its functions

14. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 13, the Authority may make arrangements or contracts with Government Departments, local authorities, public corporations and any other institutions, whether private or public including joint ventures, for the purpose of discharging its functions.
