Southern Development Authority of Sri Lanka Act (No. 18 of 1996) - Sect 27

Delegation of powers & c of the Authority

27.
(1) The Authority may, subject to such conditions as may be specified in writing, delegate to a member or to the chairman, any power, duty or function conferred or imposed on, or assigned to, the Authority.
(2) Notwithstanding any such delegation, the Authority may exercise, perform or discharge any such power, duty or function.
