Implied consent for the recovery of outstanding debts
10. Any person who is the, recipient of a loan from a specified bank under this Act and who is indebted or is liable to such hank in any sum of money in relation to such loan, and who is engaged in any employment, shall be deemed, notwithstanding any contract between him and his employer or anything to the contrary in any other written law, to have given his consent to the recovery of such sum of money from the remuneration he receives from such employment in the manner set out in subsection (4) of section 9. |
