| 23. Where, from and after the date of commencement of loans granted this Act, any sum of money is recovered by any specified bank, under Act No. 4 on any loan granted from and out of the Students (Higher Education) Loan Fund established by the Students (Higher Education) Loan Fund, Act No. 4 of 1972, such sum shall be credited by such specified bank to the Fund established under this Act. |
