22. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires- " administrative authority ",-
| (a) in relation to a University, means the Vice-Chancellor of that University, and |
|
| (b) in relation to any other educational institution, means the Principal or Director of that institution, as the case may be; |
|
" employer " shall in the case of a person in the public service or in the Local Government Service mean the officer in charge of the branch, section or office of the Department of Government or local authority to which the recipient or guarantor of a loan is attached; " employment " means any employment in respect of which any salary, remuneration or income is received and shall include self-employment ; " manager", in relation to any specified bank, includes the manager of any branch of such bank; " Minister " means the Minister in charge of the subject of education; " Permanent Secretary " means the Permanent Secretary to the Ministry in charge of the subject of education. |
