The provisions of section 14A of this Act shall be deemed for all purposes to have come into operation on September 10. 1987. and accordingly any cess charged, levied and paid during the period commencing on that date and ending on the date of commencement of this Act. shall be deemed for all purposes to have been and to be validly charged. levied and paid, |
