Replacement or heading in Part III or the principal enactment

7. The heading appearing in Part III immediately before section 15 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following heading substituted therefor :"GRANT OF LICENCE TO A STOCK EXCHANGE, A STOCK BROKER OR A STOCK DEALER AND THE REGISTRATION OF MARKET INTERMEDIARIES"
