Special Educational Society (Incorporation) Act (No. 3 of 1999) - Sect 11

seal of the Corporation

11. The seal of the Corporation shall not be affixed to any instrument whatsoever, except in the presence of two members authorized for that purpose by the Corporation, who shall sign their name to the independent of the singing of any person as a witness.
