| 58. All contracts and agreements, entered into or made by any person prior to the relevant date, for the importation into Ceylon or the distribution within Ceylon of any film, photographic equipment or any material, equipment or accessory necessary for the production of films, as may be declared by the Minister by Order published in the Gazette, shall be deemed to be contracts and agreements of the Corporation and all subsisting rights and obligations under such contracts and agreements so declared shall be deemed to be rights and obligations of the Corporation, and may be enforced or acted upon as fully and effectually as if the Corporation had been a party to or had made such contracts or agreements. |
