State Gem Corporation Act (No. 13 of 1971) - Sect 12

Scope of the authority of the Corporation

12. The Corporation may, subject to the provisions of this Act, exercise, discharge and perform its powers, functions and duties within the whole, or any part, of Ceylon, or outside Ceylon.
