35.
| (1) The proceedings in any District Court on any application made to it under section 32 shall be subject to the procedure provided by the Civil Procedure Code for civil suits. |

| (2) No stamp duty shall be required for any proceedings referred to in sub-section (1). |
|
| (3) All such proceedings in any District Court as are referred to in sub-section (1) shall be taken up before any other business of that Court unless special circumstances of urgency in such other business render it impossible to do so. |
|
| (4) In making any determination allowing an application under section 32 in respect of any article a District Court shall direct the Corporation to forth-with return such article to the plaintiff, and it shall be the duty of the Corporation to comply with that direction. |

| (5) The determination of a District Court on any application made to it under section 32 shall be final. |
