Replacement of section 42 of Act No 13 of 1971

2. Section 42 of the State Gem Corporation Act No 13 of 1971, is hereby repealed and the following new section substituted therefor:"

42.

	(1) Any article forfeited to the Republic under this Act or under any by-law or regulation made thereunder shall be delivered to the Corporation.

	(2) Any article delivered to the Corporation under subsection (1) shall be disposed of as soon as conveniently may be after the delivery thereof, in accordance with such directions as may be issued in that behalf by the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance.".
