Sigiriya Heritage Foundation Act (No. 62 of 1998) - Sect 14

Amendment to Central Cultural Fund Act, No. 57 of 1980

14. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in section 6 of the Central Cultural Fund Act, No. 57 of 1980 the income derived by the Central Cultural Fund from the levy of charges from visitors and tourists to the Sigiriya World Heritage Site shall in terms of paragraph (d) of subsection (2) of section 33, be paid to the Fund.
