State Industrial Corporations Act (No. 49 of 1957) - Sect 23

Capital of the corporation

23.
(1) The initial capital of the corporation shall be that specified in the incorporation Order.
(2) The capital of the corporation may be increased from time to time by such amount as may be authorized by resolution of the House of Representatives to be paid to the corporation for the purpose of increasing such capital.
