Surveyors' Institute Sri Lanka (Incorporation) Act (No. 22 of 1982) - Sect 11

Debts due by and payable to the institute

11. All debts and liabilities of the Institute existing at the time of coming into operation of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted, and all debts due to and subscriptions, contributions and fees payable to the Institute shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
