10. There shall be paid out of the Fund -
| (a) expenses necessary- for the working establishment and maintenance of the Trust |
|
| (b)the cost of the completed of the construction, maintenance, additions, alteration or improvements to the Chaitya ; |
|
| (c) the payment of salaries to officers, servants and other employees : and |
|
| (d) all such other payments as approved by the Board as being necessary for the purpose for the purpose of carrying out the objects of the Trust. |
