Sambuddha Jayanthi Chaitya Trust Act (No. 19 of 1980) - Sect 5

The objects of the Trust

5. The objects of the Trust shall be -
(a) to complete the construction of the Sambuddha Jayanthi Chaitya;
(b) to maintain and keep in repair, the said Chaitya;
(c) to promote Buddhist cultural and educational activities.
