Sir John Kotalawela Defence Academy (Amendment) (No. 27 of 1988) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 2 of Act No. 68 of 1981

2. Section 2 of the Sir John Kotalawela Defence Academy Act, No. 68 of 1981 (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment ") is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (1) of that section and the substitution therefor of the following subsection:
"(1) There shall be established a university which shall be called " the General Sir John Kotalawela Defence Academy " (hereinafter referred to as the " Academy ").
