| (1) There shall be appointed a Director of Sports, who shall be responsible for the due performance of the duties and functions assigned to him as the Director of Sports by the Minister under this Law. |

| (2) There may be appointed one or more Assistant Directors of Sports and such other officers as may from time to time be required for the purposes of this Law. |

| (3) All officers appointed under subsections (1) and (2) of this section shall be deemed to be state officers within the meaning of the Penal Code. |
|
| (4) No suit shall lie against any state officer acting under this Law for anything done or omitted to be done by him in good faith. |
|
| (5) In the exercise of their powers and the carrying out of their duties and functions, all officers appointed under this section shall comply with any general or special directions issued by the Minister or by the Secretary to the Ministry. |
