Sri Lanka Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment Act (No. 32 of 2005) - Sect 30

Secrecy

30. Every member of the Council or any Committee thereof, every officer and servant of the Board and every Assessor appointed under this Act shall, before entering upon his duties sign a declaration pledging not to disclose any matter which may come to his knowledge in the exercise and performance of his powers and duties under this Act except -
(a) when required to do so by a court of law;
(b) in order to comply with any of the provisions of this Act or other written law.
