Sri Lanka Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment Act (No. 32 of 2005) - Sect 35

Prohibition of the use of any name assigned to the Board by the Act

35. Subject to the provisions of subsections (2) and (3), of section 36, no person shall carry on any activity, business, trade or occupation under any name assinged to the Board by subsection (1) of section 2 this Act, or under any acronym thereof.
