Sri Lanka Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment Act (No. 32 of 2005) - Sect 41

Accreditation granted by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution to be valid for six months

41. Any accreditation granted under Accreditation Scheme for Testing Laboratories, by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution established by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution Act, No. 6 of 1984 and in force on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act shall be valid and effectual for a period of six months from the date of commencement of this Act-
