Non application of certain provisions in Telecommunication Ordinance

11. From and after the relevant date the provisions of the Telecommunications Ordinance (Chapter 192) relating the to licences shall not apply to, or in relation to, the import, sale, manufacture, assembly, possession or use of radio receiving sets.
