The Bureau may, with the approval of 'the Minister, given with the concurrence of the Minister in charge of the subject of Foreign Affairs appoint one or more persons to be the representatives of the Bureau in any foreign country in which jobs are available for expatriates. Such representatives may be citizens of Sri Lanka or nationals of such country and resident there in. |
