| 70. Notwithstanding the repeal by this Act of the Foreign Employment Agency Act, No. 32 of 1980, all agreements and bonds entered into by a licensee with the Commissioner of Labour under section 6 of Act No. 32 of 1980 shall be valid and effective until the expiry of the licence issued under that Act and be enforceable as fully and effectually as if instead of the Commissioner of Labour the Bureau had been named therein or have been a party thereto. |
