Sri Lanka Council For Agricultural Research Policy Act (No. 47 of 1987) - Sect 17

Exemption from customs duty &c

17. The Council shall be exempted from the payment of any customs or excise duty on any goods imparted or purchased by the Council where the Minister considers the import or purchase of such goods to be conducive to the discharge and performance of the functions and duties. of the Council and the Minister is consultation with the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance, approves such exemption.
