Management of the affairs of the Corporation

4.
(1) The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules in force for the time being as hereinafter provided, be administered by the office-bearers of the Association, the Executive Committee and the General Council to be elected, or nominated, as the case may be, in accordance with the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation,
(2) All members of the Corporation shall be subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation.
