Signature of document by a Director on behalf of the Board

22.
(1) No person other than a Director or a person expressly authorized by the Board, shall sign and execute any document required to be signe or executed by the Board in the exercise, discharge or performance of any Board in the exercise, discharge or performance of any powers, functions or duties conferred or imposed on or assigned to him by the Board under this Act.
(2) Receipts signed by the Directors or by any person expressly authorized by the Board to sign such receipts shall be an effectual discharge of the amounts paid to the Corporation.
