Sri Lanka Export Credit Insurance Corporation Act (No. 15 of 1978) - Sect 27

Liability for damage of loss suffered by the Corporation

27. No Director, officer or servant of the Corporation shall be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the Corporation unless such damage was caused by his willful act or default.
