Sri Lanka Export Development Act (No. 40 of 1979) - Sect 18

Exemption from income tax

18. There shall be exempt from income tax-
(a) the profits and income of the Board; and
(b) any sum paid by the Board to any person as a subsidy or grant out of the Fund.
