Sri Lanka Export Development Act (No. 40 of 1979) - Sect 23

Directions of the Minister

23.
(1) The Minister may, from time to time, give the Board general or special directions as to the exercise of the powers and the performance of the duties of the Board and such directions shall be carried out by the Board.
(2) The Minister may, from time to time, direct in writing the Board to furnish him such information with respect to the property, business and activities of the Board, as he may require and the Board shall carry out every such direction.
