Sri Lanka Export Development Act (No. 40 of 1979) - Sect 9

Power of the Board to establish committees

9.
(1) The Board may establish committees consisting of such number of persons, including persons who are not members of the Board, for the proper exercise, performance and discharge of its powers, duties and functions.
(2) The Board may delegate to such committees such of its powers, duties and functions as may be determined by the Board.
(3) Every committee established under subsection (1) shall determine the quorum for and the procedure to be followed at the meetings of such committee.
