The Institute to have power to hold property, accept gifts, &c
6. The Institute may, for the purposes of this Law, take and hold any property, movable or immovable, which may become vested in it by virtue of the provisions of any law, or by virtue of any purchase, grant, gift, testamentary disposition or otherwise, and may, subject to any trust affecting the same, sell, mortgage, lease, exchange or otherwise-deal with the same for such purposes as aforesaid. |
