3. Section 5 of the principal, enactment is hereby amended as follows : "
| (a) in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words " The Corporation may, by a vote of the majority of the members present and voting at a general meeting of the Corporation, make rules for", of the words "The General Council may, by a vote of two-thirds of the members present and voting at an annual meeting or a special meeting of the General Council make rules, not. inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or any written law, for ''; and |

| (b) in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution for the words at a general meeting of the Corporation ", of the words " at an annual meeting or a special meeting of the General Council". |
