Sri Lanka Fruit Board Law (No. 30 of 1973) - Sect 14

Officers and servants of the Board deemed to he state officers. Cap.19

14. All officers and servants of the Board shall be deemed to be state officers within the meaning and for the purposes of the Penal Code.
