| (1) The Board may direct the owner of any factory for the manufacture, processing or canning of any fruit or fruit ' product in the process of construction or the owner of any factory to which repairs are being effected to purchase any or all his requirements of plant, machinery or fixtures from such sources as the Board may recommend. |

| (2) Any person who fails to comply with any direction given under subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence under this Law. |
