| 35. In this Law unless the context otherwise requires: - " factory " means any premises where the transformation of fresh fruit into any fruit product is carried out by manual, mechanical or chemical means but shall not include any premises where such transformation takes place purely for domestic or private consumption; " fruit " for the purposes of this Law means any fruit specified by the Minister by Order published in the Gazette; " fruit product " means any product obtained from fruit by manual, mechanical or chemical means or any by-product obtained from any such product; and " marketing " includes packing and grading of fruit or any fruit product, |
